Easy Egg Mughlai Paratha

Ingredients For Dough Plain flour/ maida: 500 gm Salt 1 1/2 tsp 1/2 cup oil Stuffing 5 eggs 3 big onions chopped 250 gm Cucumber 1 tsp chopped garlic Chopped coriander leaves Salt to taste 2 green chiles, chopped 1/2 tsp black pepper Aloo Masala 500 gm potato 1 tsp turmeric powder  2 tbsp Oil 1 tsp each Grates ginger and garlic salt to taste Instructions First make dough. combine flour, salt and oil together. Give a mix very well till it resembles fine bread crumbs. This will ensure the flakiness of the paratha. Then put warm water little by little and knead it. We need semi soft, stretchy and pliable dough so that you can able to roll out thin. One you knead it well, smear little oil on the surface of the dough. Cover with damp cloth to prevent drying out the surface. Keep it aside for half an hour. Now let's prepare inner stuffing/ filling. In a bowl, put chopped onion, grated cucumber, coriander leaves, minced garlic, eggs, green chilies, pepper and salt.

Instant Jalebi Recipe

Instant Jalebi:



Ingredients:


  • 2 cup Atta(Wheat Flour)
  • 1 Cup Plain Dahi(Yogurt)
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • Pinch of yellow food colour(Optional)
  • Kesar(Optional)
  • 2 Cup Oil or Ghee for frying
  • Water as per requirement
For Chasni(Sugar Syrup)

  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
Piping bag is required for giving shape to the jalebi


First we need to prepare the batter for the Jalebi:

Take a bowl and put the flour ,yogurt ,food colour and baking soda in to it.You can also give  some water to make it a good paste and keep this for 1 hour so that it will rise a bit.after that put your batter in to the piping bag and make a nozzle.

Now on gas stove and put a fry pan over it,put the oil for frying after the oil get hot ,lower the gas flame. Now give the shape of jalebis. nad fry it in the low flame till the jalebi gets crispy.


Now for sugar syrup ,Put sugar and water to boil and once the sugar dissolve let it boil for more 5 min.Then check it by putting it in between your finger tips.Please be careful as it can burn your finger so do it carefully.Once you will see it creates a string like structure put your lemon juice and cardamom powder in it and keep aside.


Now deep the jalebis in it and enjoy.

Please note you should prepare your sugar syrup before frying your jalebis. And please don't keep your jalebi in sugar syrup for to long as it can lose it crispness.
